真的是踩大雷的一次入住體驗，花了1800多人民幣住出了商旅酒店的感覺，性價比低到離譜！最核心的空調系統問題，本來是關閉狀態，突然半夜裡會自己打開，打開以後，而且人工關不掉，要等很久才能關閉。關閉以後，整個空調管道響了一晚上，一整晚根本沒法睡，折騰到凌晨都沒緩解。花這個價格完全不值當，純純的高價低配。 真心不推薦，誰來誰後悔，避雷！

位置絕佳，吃飯逛街都很方便，走路去pavilion也就12分鐘。房間不算大，毛巾不知道是新的沒有洗過還是怎樣，擦臉會掉屑在臉上。早餐選擇不多，服務很好。一共5個電梯，電梯到達沒有提示需要自己找是哪個電梯到了，有時候看到電梯已經關門了。另外在沒有經過我同意情況下給我註冊了酒店會員，我不知道是不是規範操作。

新酒店，沒有什麼味道，地理位置很好，-2層直通旁邊的TRX商場，早餐種類也比較豐富，工作人員的服務也很好。但是！離開時落了一個大包裹在酒店門口的休息區，讓訂房網站幫忙聯繫酒店找尋，竟然快2天了，酒店都一直不回覆郵件，期間訂房網站工作人員幫忙致電，酒店讓訂房網站工作人員發郵件溝通，郵件發過去卻不回，期間一直聯繫不上，這個售後有點讓人詫異！

酒店很新，房間比較小，但，馬桶實在太臭了，整個衞生間都會有下水道的臭味反出來，睡覺時要把衞生間的門緊閉，不然整個房間都是臭的！

Booked a short weekend getaway and had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent, the room was new and spotless, and most importantly, the staff and service were outstanding from the very beginning. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Breakfast offered a generous and varied spread, with both Asian and Western options. The staff took the time to explain the breakfast offerings and checked in on us throughout, which made the experience even better. I really hope this level of service continues, as exceptional customer service was the biggest highlight for me. The hotel is also directly connected to TRX Mall, so there was no need to travel elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in KL soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The aesthetic is young, energetic, and sophisticated. • View: Got upgraded to a Tower View room facing Merdeka 118. • Wellness: The gym is top-tier (stocked with Lululemon gear) and the pool offers great views of KL Tower. • Note: Rooms are compact but very cozy.
